Intellectual Property

Violy App is an app for the production, acquisition, sharing, and dissemination of music content. We respect and encourage user-created content, recognize the importance of intellectual property protection to the survival and development of Violy App, and commit to protecting intellectual property as one of the basic principles of Violy App's operation.
Violy is not a professional intellectual property institution. It does not have the ability to review or judge whether a work is infringing, nor the ability to review the legality, authenticity, or quality of content published by users. Each user shall independently and fully bear legal responsibility for their own uploads. Any disputes, controversies, or litigation arising from your personal conduct are unrelated to Violy.
The copyright of content published by users on Violy App belongs to the users themselves. Users may authorize third parties to use such content in any way without the consent of Violy App.
The logos, page designs, layouts, text, images, graphics, and other elements contained in the network services provided by Violy App are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Without the consent of the relevant right holders (including Violy and other original right holders), none of the above content may be directly or indirectly published or used on platforms other than Violy App, adapted or redistributed for the purpose of publication or use, or used for any other commercial purpose.
To promote the sharing and dissemination of music content, users grant Violy a free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use all content they produce and publish on the Violy website. Violy has the right to use such content in all forms of products and services of Violy App or its partners, including but not limited to websites, published applications, and other Internet products.
If a third party, for non-commercial purposes, reposts content published by users on Violy to places other than the Violy website and mobile App, it shall indicate the original author's name (or the account name used by the original author on Violy) in a prominent position at the beginning of the work, provide the original link, and indicate "Published on Violy", and shall not modify or adapt the work. If the third party needs to modify the work or use it for commercial purposes, it shall contact the user to obtain separate authorization and use the content in the manner specified by the user.
For content uploaded or published on Violy App, users shall guarantee that they are the copyright owner or have obtained legal authorization, and that the content does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If a third party raises an objection concerning copyright, Violy has the right to delete the relevant content according to the actual situation and to pursue the user's legal responsibility. If losses are caused to Violy App or any third party, the user shall be liable for full compensation.
If any third party infringes the rights of Violy users, the user agrees to authorize Violy, in its own name or through its designated agent, on behalf of Violy itself or the user, to issue warnings or complaints against such third party, initiate administrative enforcement, litigation, or appeals, or negotiate settlements, and the user agrees to participate in joint rights protection when Violy deems it necessary.
Violy has the right but not the obligation to review content published by users, and has the right to handle infringing information based on relevant evidence in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information.
Violy holds full intellectual property rights in Violy's self-produced content and other exclusive content obtained through authorization. Without Violy's permission, no organization or individual may repost or disseminate such content, provide viewing services for it, or otherwise infringe Violy's intellectual property rights. Otherwise, Violy will pursue the legal responsibility of the infringer.
The intellectual property rights enjoyed by Violy shall not be transferred as a result of any use by users.
No one may obtain the source code of Violy through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or other similar acts. Otherwise, the user shall be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and Violy will pursue the legal responsibility of the breaching party in accordance with the law.

Infringement Report

Violy App attaches great importance to the protection of online copyright, other intellectual property rights, and users' rights and interests. If any individual or organization finds content on Violy App that infringes their legitimate rights and interests, please contact Violy App (email: support@violy.app).

To ensure that the issue can be handled in a timely and effective manner, please be sure to submit true, valid, complete, and clear materials; otherwise the report will not be accepted. Please use the following format (including the serial number of each item):

Proof that the right holder owns the trademark rights, copyright, and/or other rights that may be exercised in accordance with the law over the allegedly infringing content. If the reporter is not the right holder, the reporter shall provide a written authorization certificate for reporting on behalf of the enterprise.
A full and clear description of the content that infringes the right holder's legitimate rights and interests, the specific page address of the allegedly infringing content on Violy, and an indication of which parts of the allegedly infringing content infringe the legitimate rights and interests of the right holder listed above.
The right holder's specific contact information, including name, a copy of the ID card or passport (for natural persons) or a copy of the organization registration certificate (for organizations), mailing address, telephone number, fax, and email.
The following statement on the authenticity of the report, included in the infringement report:
- I am the legal right holder of the reported content;
- The content I report, published on Violy App, infringes my corresponding legitimate rights and interests;
- If the content of this infringement report is not entirely true, I will bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

After receiving the relevant materials and having them verified by the relevant institutions, Violy App staff will complete the handling and give a reply within 10 working days. During the handling period, no inquiry services by telephone, email, or other means will be provided.

If content that Violy has already deleted or handled can still be found through search engines such as Baidu or Google, this is because such search engines maintain their own caches. Violy has neither the right nor the ability to handle such issues, and related applications will not be accepted.

Legal disputes arising from users' commercial activities on Violy shall be handled by the parties to the transaction themselves and are unrelated to Violy.

Disclaimer

Violy App cannot guarantee the correctness of content published by users.
Content published by users on Violy App only represents their personal positions and views, and does not represent the position or views of Violy. As the publisher of the content, the user is responsible for the published content, and shall bear all legal and joint liabilities for any disputes arising from the published content. Violy App does not assume any legal or joint liability.
Due to the limitations of technology itself, Violy does not guarantee that its network services will meet users' requirements, nor that the network services will be uninterrupted, and makes no guarantee as to the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the network services.
Violy App assumes no responsibility for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or causes beyond Violy's control, but will do its best to reduce the resulting losses and impact on users.
Since the client and other software provided by Violy can be downloaded and disseminated through the Internet, for Violy service-related software downloaded from sites other than Violy's designated official sites or obtained through channels not designated by Violy, Violy cannot guarantee whether it is infected with computer viruses or hides disguised Trojan programs or other hacking software, and assumes no legal responsibility for any direct or indirect damages suffered by users as a result.
Users shall properly safeguard their accounts and passwords, strengthen password security, and guard against account leakage or theft. Violy assumes no liability for compensation for any losses caused by the leakage or theft of user accounts. Where accounts or in-account assets are lost or reduced due to causes not attributable to Violy, such as communication line failures of telecom operators, network or computer failures, system instability, or force majeure (such as server downtime), Violy assumes no liability for compensation.
Users understand and agree that they choose to download and use Violy services at their own discretion and at their own risk, including but not limited to their conduct during the use of Violy services and all consequences arising from the use of Violy services. Users shall bear full responsibility for any damage to mobile phones or computer systems or loss of data caused by downloading or using Violy services.
