Account Cancellation Agreement

Before you cancel your account, please fully read, understand and agree to the following:

Your act of canceling your 「Violy」 account will cause us to terminate the provision of this service to you, and will also bring a lot of inconvenience to your subsequent use. After successful cancellation, we will delete your personal information so that it cannot be retrieved or accessed, and anonymize your music scores, uploaded videos, comments and other information.

• If you still insist on canceling your account, your account must meet the following conditions:
  • The account has no assets in the 「Violy」 system;
  • There are no outstanding orders in the account;
  • The account is free of any disputes, including complaints and reports or being reported by complaints;
  • The account is an account in normal use and there is no record of any account restrictions;
• During the cancellation of the 「Violy」 account, if your 「Violy」 account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitrations, investigations by the competent state authorities, etc., 「Violy」 has the right to terminate the cancellation of this 「Violy」 account without obtaining your consent.
• Please be sure to unbind other related accounts before submitting the cancellation application. For details, please contact our customer service.
• Once the 「Violy」 account is cancelled, it cannot be recovered. Please back up all information and data related to the account before operation.
• If you cancel the 「Violy」 account, you will no longer be able to use this same 「Violy」 account, and you will not be able to retrieve any content or information in your 「Violy」 account or related to the account (even if you use the same mobile phone number again and use 「Violy」), including but not limited to:
  • You will not be able to log in and use the 「Violy」 account;
  • Personal data and historical information (including but not limited to user name, nickname, avatar, practice records, favorite albums, private scores, group information, comments and replies, etc.) of the 「Violy」 account will not be retrievable;
  • All the records of the 「Violy」 website and App that you log in with your 「Violy」 account will not be retrievable. You will no longer be able to log in and use the aforementioned services, and the MusicConch, Premium membership, and video Live Class account balance you have obtained will be deemed to be given up by you, and will no longer be available for use. You understand and agree that 「Violy」 cannot assist you to restore the aforementioned services.
• The cancellation of the 「Violy」 account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of the 「Violy」 account are exempted or mitigated.
