In order to use the Violy VIP service, please carefully read, understand and abide by the "Violy VIP Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). This Agreement is jointly concluded by you and Shenzhen Mango Future Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Violy" or "Violy Company"), and has the effect of a contract.
1.1 [Violy VIP and account]
If you need to use and enjoy the VIP service, you need to authorize and log in with the mobile phone account or social account that you have the right to use. You are a Violy VIP within the validity period of the membership period, and are also referred to as "you", "user" or "member" under this Agreement.
1.2 The content of this Agreement also includes the relevant agreements, platform rules, membership rules and other content about the service that have been released by the Company and may be released or updated from time to time. Once the above content is officially released, it will be an integral part of this Agreement and will also be effective for both parties.
Due to the wide range of services we provide to you, some additional terms or product requirements (including but not limited to age requirements, etc.) will be added and applied. Relevant terms will be provided together with the provision of services, and your use of these services will make the relevant terms a part of this Agreement.
1.3 Violy VIP service, that is, the membership rights and special services that a Violy VIP can enjoy in the Violy App, and may also enjoy some of the special or time-limited benefits of Violy, including but not limited to evaluation, follow-up, piano accompaniment, custom segmented practice, etc. This Agreement is also referred to as the "VIP Service" or the "Service".
1.4 Membership rules, that is, the user rules, activity rules, usage rules, announcements, tips, notices, online FAQs, etc. for the VIP users of Violy published and revised from time to time by the Violy service provider.
1.5 The service provider refers to Shenzhen Mango Future Technology Co., Ltd., which provides you with the "Violy" App service, referred to as "Violy" or "Violy Company" in this Agreement.
1.6 Member data refers to various data recorded by the server during your use of Violy, including but not limited to login records, browsing records, practice records, download cache records, uploaded files (including but not limited to sheet music, audio, video, etc.) records, operation behavior logs, purchase logs, recharge records, messages, comments, membership period and other data.
1.7 Intellectual Property Rights. Shenzhen Mango Future Technology Co., Ltd. is the intellectual property rights holder of the Violy App. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of Violy, as well as all the information content (including text, pictures, music scores, audio, video, etc.) related to Violy, are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties concluded by the People's Republic of China. Violy enjoys the above intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders should enjoy in accordance with the law. Without the prior written consent of Violy, you may not use Violy in any way (including Violy as a whole and all the contents, components or elements involved in Violy) for commercial use. Violy may involve intellectual property rights of third parties, and if such third parties have requirements for your use of such intellectual property rights in Violy based on this Agreement, Violy will notify you of such requirements in an appropriate manner, and you shall comply with them as well.
1.8 Modifications to the Agreement. Violy has the right to modify this Agreement (including the components of this Agreement) (modifications include changes, additions, and reductions of the corresponding terms). Once this Agreement is modified, Violy will prompt or publicize it on the relevant page; please be sure to read it carefully. If you do not agree to the modification of this Agreement, you can stop using the service. If you choose to continue using the service, you can take the form of accepting the service for the next step or continue using the service to indicate that you have accepted all the modifications to this Agreement. If you have any questions, you can consult our customer service according to Article 8 of this Agreement. The updated version of this Agreement shall become effective on the date of publication of the updated version.
1.9 In the process of using the Violy VIP service, you shall abide by, including but not limited to, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, the Computer Software Protection Regulations, the Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Dissemination Right and other laws and regulations related to computer and Internet regulations; you shall abide by public order, respect social morality, shall not endanger network security, and shall not use the network to endanger national security, honor and interests, incite subversion of state power, overthrow of the socialist system, incite secession, undermine national unity, advocate terrorism or extremism, advocate ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, spread violent, obscene and pornographic information, fabricate and spread false information to disrupt economic and social order, or engage in activities that infringe on the reputation, privacy, intellectual property and other legitimate rights and interests of others. In any case, once Violy reasonably believes that the user has engaged in the above behavior, it can terminate the service to the user at any time without prior notice.
1.10 If you see other paid services other than the VIP service on Violy, and want to know about the related services, please read the rules or service agreements on the relevant service pages carefully.
2.1 Due to the necessity of providing you with services, you need to fill in some necessary information in the process of applying for the VIP service. Please keep the information true and update it in time so that Violy can provide you with help, or serve you better. If your information is incomplete or inaccurate, the use of the services may not be available or may be limited.
2.2 You should ensure the authenticity of the account registration information. If your personal information is untrue and the consequences are unfavorable to you, Violy Company will not be responsible for any consequences. If you use another user's mobile phone number or social account to activate VIP, Violy Company has the right to stop the service function of the account and cancel the VIP qualification of the account without any compensation or refund.
2.3 Violy Company especially reminds you that you should keep your account and password properly. When you are finished using it, you should exit safely. You may suffer account theft, password theft, and use/transfer of virtual property due to your poor custody, and you are solely responsible for it.
2.4 Violy Company and users are committed to the protection of personal information, and protecting users' personal information is a basic principle of Violy. Without your consent, Violy will not disclose your personal information to any other company, organization or individual, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations and this Agreement.
2.5 In the event of any of the following circumstances, the Company has the right to disclose or process the user's information:

3.1 You should obtain VIP services through the official designated channels that have been and will be added in the future. When you use a specific method to activate the VIP service, you must carefully check the account number, term, price, membership rights and other specific information, and confirm that you agree to the relevant agreement and use method. After the activation is completed, no transfer or refund is allowed.
3.2 You shall not open the Service for yourself or others in any of the following ways:
3.3 The term of this service is subject to the term displayed after you choose and successfully activate it. You can also log in to the Violy member center to inquire about the term of various services. Before the VIP service expires, Violy Company may prompt you to renew the fee. If you do not renew the VIP service on time before the expiration of the VIP service, Violy will stop providing you with the VIP service.
3.4 You understand, know and agree that during the service period of this service, due to non-intentional behavior of the Company, including the resolution of Violy malfunctions, server maintenance, adjustment, upgrade, and third-party infringement handling, etc., which may affect your normal use, you agree to exempt Violy from responsibility for the adverse consequences arising from the above situation, and do not require additional compensation from Violy.
3.5 After becoming a VIP, if you apply to cancel or terminate the VIP service under the circumstance that it is not the fault of the Company, you will not have the right to ask the Company to refund the membership service fee you have paid. After the VIP qualification is cancelled/terminated, you can no longer participate in the VIP privileged activities, and can no longer enjoy the various VIP privileged services and value-added services provided by Violy Company.
3.6 Both parties agree that in the event of any of the following circumstances, the Company has the right to interrupt or terminate one or more services provided to you at any time according to the actual situation and without notice, and terminate your VIP qualification:
3.7 If you obtain VIP services by illegal means or improper means, or through channels other than those designated by Violy, or maliciously refund the fees by exploiting loopholes in different channels, Violy has the right to terminate your VIP service immediately without any need to give any compensation, and without the need to refund the activation fee. Unofficial channels include but are not limited to e-commerce platform charging, private charging or other unauthorized channels. All kinds of losses caused by your use of unofficial channels shall be resolved by you and the unofficial channels, and Violy Company is not responsible.
4.1 [Differences in equipment and systems] After you activate this service through the designated channel of Violy, the specific services you can actually use may differ due to differences in the software version, equipment, operating system, etc. you use or other third-party reasons. You understand and agree to waive the relevant responsibilities of Violy for any inconvenience this may bring.
4.2 [Advertising Service]
You understand and agree that in the process of using Violy, you may see commercial advertisements or other types of commercial information (including but not limited to: [screen-opening advertisements, banner advertisements, button advertisements, floating advertisements, pop-up advertisements, pause advertisements, etc.] and emerging advertisement forms that may appear in the future according to Violy's business arrangement). Violy will minimize the impact of the above advertising services on your experience. You understand and agree that Violy can send you practice reports, public welfare courses, member benefits, preferential activities and other information through mobile phone text messages, App notifications, announcements or other methods.

4.5 You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all behaviors under your login account, including but not limited to any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content of this service, and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including the risk arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the content.
4.6 You understand and agree that the services provided to you by the Company may include related services provided by the Company under the authorization of the legal right holder. Therefore, due to the time, scope and restrictions of the authorization of the Company by the right holder, Violy Company will make certain restrictions on the region where the relevant service users are located, and the time, content, geographical scope, terminal equipment, etc. of the user's use of the service. For the aforementioned reasons or other third-party reasons that make you unable to enjoy related services, Violy does not need to assume any responsibility.

You understand and agree that after you successfully activate the VIP service, in addition to your membership rights, there is still content that you need to pay for, including but not limited to:

4.10 If Violy finds or receives reports from others that the information you publish violates this Agreement, Violy has the right to make independent judgments and take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect the link. At the same time, Violy has the right to take measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating this service, and pursuing legal responsibility, depending on the nature of your behavior. If your actions cause any damage to any third party, you should be solely responsible; if the Company suffers losses due to it, you should also compensate.
5.1 You know and agree that the content uploaded, published or transmitted by the user on the platform is the user's personal behavior, and Violy has the right to review and delete it, but Violy does not take responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, integrity and legitimacy of such information and content, and you hereby agree to waive the related responsibilities of Violy.
5.2 To the extent permitted by law, Violy is not responsible for service interruption or loss of account or property in the account caused by the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
5.3 If you come into contact with content that violates the law or regulations, makes people feel uncomfortable, or even causes fear and disgust, please contact Violy in time to deal with it. Thank you very much for your assistance.
5.4 When you use, view, share, repost, forward, and recount related information and content ("use behavior"), you should make independent judgments and use them legally. For any damage to yourself and any damage to third parties caused by your use behavior, Violy does not assume any responsibility.
5.5 Violy obtains the right to deal with illegal content in accordance with this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Violy, and Violy does not guarantee timely detection of illegal acts or corresponding handling. Under no circumstances should you be gullible with borrowing, asking for passwords or other network information involving property. If it involves property operations, please verify the identity of the other party first, and please always pay attention to the tips on preventing fraud and crimes issued by Violy Company.
5.6 You understand and agree that the VIP services provided to you by Violy Company may be changed, interrupted, suspended or terminated due to changes in laws, regulations or regulatory policies, requirements of rights holders or copyright owners, requirements of law enforcement or judicial authorities, complaints from other third parties, etc., including but not limited to the right to temporarily or permanently remove the music scores and other content involved in the VIP service, stop providing playback, evaluation, and follow-up, stop providing download or cache, and limit the equipment terminals that provide services. If you are unable to enjoy VIP related services or content due to the aforementioned reasons or other reasons, your prior consent is not required, and Violy does not need to assume any responsibility.
6.1 The suspension or termination of this service includes the following situations:
6.2 Due to the special nature of Internet services, legal compliance requirements or changes in authorization, Violy has the right to modify, change, suspend or terminate some or all of the services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "change behavior"). You agree and understand that the service provided in accordance with any stipulations in this Agreement can be changed, interrupted or terminated under the circumstance that Violy has made an announcement or notification, and Violy shall not be liable to you or any third party for this; but at the same time Violy will minimize the impact of the change behavior on you. After the change of behavior occurs, when you find that you cannot log in or enjoy the service, you can consult our customer service staff.
6.3 Processing after suspension or termination:
7.1 If you are under the age of 18, you are a minor, and you should read this Agreement and use the VIP service under the guardian's supervision and guidance, and have obtained the guardian's consent.
7.2 If the guardian agrees that the minor uses the VIP membership service, he must apply for consumption in the name of the guardian. The minor's use of the VIP service and the exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this Agreement shall be deemed to have obtained the guardian's approval.
7.3 Minor users should pay attention to the following matters when using VIP services, improve safety awareness and strengthen self-protection:

8.1 [Notice]
8.2 The place where this Agreement is signed is Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China.
8.3 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
8.4 If there is any dispute between you and Violy Company, you should first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the "Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration" for coordination and settlement.
8.5 If, for any reason, the terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
8.6 The headings of all clauses of this Agreement are for reading convenience only, have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
